SIZZLING LAMB CHOPS – an absolutely great choice for after-work lunch when I was looking for something not the usual.
Sometimes we look for something different to break the monotony of a routine. After an early radio show, and having skipped breakfast at that, me and a friend stumbled upon a Turkish restaurant in Makati. Not only was the cuisine an uncommon choice for me, I also went for a sizzle of a dish I don’t get to have often – lamb chops!
Turkish flavor was perfect with the right spice and saltiness. The delicate meat and tender flavors were a delight with the potato fries and generous serving of steam vegetables on the side. Truly hearty!
