As soon as I read it on the menu, I wanted to try it!
I recently discovered this neat Chinese restaurant with a French ambiance in the heart of Greenhills. Their menu was filled with no non-sense offerings that make you want to try everything!
SALTED EGG & SHRIMPS:
There is something about itlog na pula or salted egg that makes for a savory breading and flavor to various meats. Shrimp is not an exception, and probably goes best with it!
Crunchy and not too salty – it was pure yumminess! Perfect eaten alone or on the side with their Laksa ramen. Which was by the way also good! It was light but filling, my palate was not overwhelmed with flavors, instead pleased, nice and easy.
Here are the other food we tried! Kuchay Dumplings and spring rolls. All enjoyed at this Chinese Brasseri with a French ambiance.
